After Sales Service
 

National Industrial Company also provides active after sales support to its valued customers with our trained engineers.

Some of the equipment are of high precision standard and a periodic service will help in the longevity and accurate performance of the same.

Besides extending a free one year warranty, service - beyond a point does come at cost.

     Terms & Conditions :
  1. Maintenance Contract is for a period of 12 months only.
  2. 2. The contract will be effective only on receipt of full payment of the contract amount along with the acceptance of the customer of their terms and conditions by affixing his stamp and signature on duplicate copy of the contract.
  3. During the contract period 2 preventive maintenance visits wil be undertaken by our Engineer. The time gap between two visits is 6 months. In addition to 2 regular visits, 2 breakdown visits will be undertaken by us.
  4. Maintenance contract amount does not include the cost of parts.
  5. Replacement parts immediately available will be charged as per prevalent prices at the time of repairs. However, those parts which will have to be procured from the manufacturer will be charged on the basis of CIF prices plus import duty.
  6. In the event of necessity to transport the equipment for repairs to our workshop, all the incidental expenses like freight/local levies etc. will have to be borne by the customer.
  7. In the event of any breakdown of the equipments, sincere efforts will be made to rectify the problem and put the equipment back into service at the earliest. However, we are not liable to compensate in any nature to the customer for the period during which the equipment was non functional.
  8. All contracts are subjected to force majeur clause.
  9. All disputes are subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction.
